Disappointed

Ordered 4 8x10s and paid shipping to my address. Only received 2 of the 8x10s. Contacted customer service and they reimbursed for the 2 pictures. Contacted them again regarding the shipping and they reimbursed 1/2 the shipping. But to reorder due to their mistake, I will have to pay the full shipping fee. So basically I’m out costs because of their mistake. I don’t feel this was fair or good customer service. I sent an email regarding this and received no response. Very disappointed and won’t use again.

Don’t waste your money . There No button to see your Order and no Notification where is your order now ! The worst thing is they never deliver it!
Suddenly gone

Nothing changed at the Walmart in my hometown, but suddenly the app does not recognize it. My WM still has one hour photo, and they still print pictures, not sure why they suddenly don’t recognize it. The app now only recognize stores that are 30 miles away in another town. ?

Now I can’t get it in Beaver Falls and have to drive to another store because my store not on list anymore.

Not only CAN’t I print to the only Walmart within 80 miles, after putting in all my information to have my photos mailed to me, and getting to the last step, I got an error to try again later - this happened several times before I gave up. When I went back in to try, yet again, to get the photos I needed, all my information was wiped out (in spite of the fact that I clicked on save my credit card). I’m deleting this app - what a waste of time.

First time I’ve used this picture app, I did 2 from a canvas print. When they call me I will go pick them up. I’m excited to see them. After these I will send them my fathers pictures. Thank you walmart

I have always purchased my Christmas cards through the Walmart website and been very pleased with the results. This year I used the app for the first time. I didn’t see any choices for multiple pictures, gold trim and most importantly I was never asked about printing envelopes.

Was going to charge me double the price that Walmart.com was actually gonna charge me! I deleted instantly! Not worth it!
