The HealthSuite health app supports the following Philips connected health devices.

The HealthSuite health app uses Apple Healthkit for unit conversions, but it does not connect to Apple Health or share your personal data with Apple. The HealthSuite health app uses background services to connect with paired Bluetooth devices and the backend server, this background sync can have an impact on the battery life of your phone. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

I've bought upper blood pressure BPM for monitoring and storing each blood pressure measure. But what I've got?! Latest blood pressure result overrides previous of the current day in this app. This very uncomfortable!!!


Can't store more than one blood pressure reading per day

Without the ability to track blood pressure changes throughout a day, the app is extremely restricting. There is no way to accurately trend over time days in a row for a more precise understanding of your BP status. I find I'm forced to use the blood pressure cuff without connecting to the app, then manually enter they values into Apple Health. This is a real disappointment for the Philips health products.

I have to reload the app constantly. Won't sync. Watch is 100% charged and plugged in and it is not on my Bluetooth on my phone. When it does sync sometimes it doesn't give all the steps just from when I started sync. Very frustrating!!

My watch stopped syncing biometric data. No useful troubleshooting, no reset - just a USA phone number. It's hard to explain how lazy and dysfunctional this app and health suite is. Incredible given the vast wealth and good reputation of Philips.


Body Analysis Scale is not included?

Philips what is the issue? The old app didn't connect via Bluetooth and the new app now doesn't have the scale as a device! This app AND the scale is a huge disappointment. ------ UPDATE REVIEW ---- Thanks Philips for not leaving us hanging. You committed to the task and delivered a working app. The app works great alongside the scale. Now all I do is stand on the scale and all the information is transfered effortlessly to my iPhone. Thanks for the quick response. Greatly appreciated.

UPDATE (2017-07-11): Added two stars for the hot fix (my data is accessible again) and developer's responsiveness. The app is still quirky and could use a more intuitive and user-friendly GUI, more options for tracking (i.e. the only allowed 'goal' in the app for the smart scale is weight loss), and its overall application design. Albeit, I am back to being allowed to pair devices and track various health metrics. Thanks for fixing and taking my concerns seriously! ? ____________________________________________ ORIGINAL POST (2017-06-30): Everything was fine. Then your 6/29 update came along and screwed everything up for me. I had months worth of data tracking my weight due to a health issue that I now have no access to (via app) and a couple of lame duck Philips "smart devices" I cannot pair to anything (mobile app, web GUI, anything...just awesome repeated pairing fails). Oh and for anyone wondering, no this isn't PEBCAK. It's not me, it's you. After the update, I now cannot access this historical data and the app is pretending as if I am a brand new user. I am forced sign in with no linkage to any of the previous data or devices. Therefore, the app forces an 'add device' screen on me, despite the fact that before update I had two devices (thermometer and scale) already paired for months now. When I try to add the devices again, since I apparently have no way of getting the app to smartly recognize the previously paired devices any longer, it just errors out and tells me to try pairing again. There is no $200 or passing go, just sent directly to error loop jail. Conclusively, I seemingly can't stop or kill this update's irresponsibly released login & connection bug(s). Seriously, please learn to regression test thoroughly before releasing these uh-pdates. Why so harsh? Because basically I now have several non-smart/non-connected, stand alone devices that I paid a premium for so that they were smart/connected devices. I have data I cannot access and I need. I have real medical needs requiring me to maintain a smart health ecosystem that no longer works. And I'm sure it will be up to me to triage your bug (with or without your support). I am entrusting you to consistently supply both reliable hardware AND SOFTWARE. You broke this, sweet. Thanks for chucking the application grenade onto my device(s), Philips! ?? ? tl;dr version: Please fix asap and stop your amateur developers from breaking my things.

Sync problems

Food syncing does not record so calories are not accurate. Calories burned is always wrong and is inconsistent with the iOS proprietary health app. Every time I open the app it asks me to re-select my scale against their other selection of smart devises. It should default me to the devise I own (a scale). Overall super buggy companion app. I should have gotten a different scale. I’ve installed and reinstalled a few times and no luck. Not sure how to get a refund.
