I love having an app that keeps all of the vaccine dates and prescription information for each one of my 7 pets so organized and easy to understand. Requesting a medication can be done in just a few clicks. Installing was simple and my pets info loaded for me so there was nothing I had to enter except for cute pictures of my fur kids.

Other reviews indicated account confirmation issues. I created an account and the confirmation email arrived immediately. No problem signing into the app either. Simple layout makes navigating the app a breeze. Correct data already loaded. This will make life much better. Great app.

App won't recognize my email address, saw similar complaint in reviews, tech support said to email them for help fixing the problem, I did about a week ago, no reply.
Can’t Even Sign Up for this Horrible App

Added the app and tried to sign up. Put in my email and it tells me it’s not found. Tried another email. Not found. Tried to have them “resend” confirmation even though it was never sent in the first place. Tried resetting password even though I haven’t even set up an account. Nothing works. When an app prevents you from just signing up it’s a complete fail.

I just tried to sign up and it says that it can’t find my email. Which I don’t know why it’s looking since I haven’t actually signed up yet. I saw that other people have had the same problem so I emailed tech support and waiting to see what happens. If possible I will update with whatever info I receive.———UPDATE: After getting hold of tech support, it was explained that you have to use the email that you use at whatever vet you are going to. So I used that one and it worked and I can already see my pets info so I guess for now it’s ok.

I think the reviews about not being able to sign up are simply because people’s emails are different from the one they have on file at the hospital. When I signed up with my email, My pet popped up automatically and I can see all of his upcoming services!!! Excellent app!! ☺️☺️☺️

Is this compatible with an iPad? It let me download it but will not let me upload a photo...tried four times.
Your vet needs to have your email

As with a lot of other people, I couldn't register because the app says that my email address isn't found. I finally figured out that you get this message if (1) you don't have an email address listed with your vet, or (2) your vet is using an old email address for you. Both are easily fixed, but it seems stupid that the developer doesn't put this information on the sign up page to keep the user frustration down. Lazy.
