This app was great until I was required to update on 4/15/2018. Then my password no longer worked. When I try to change the password it just keeps giving an error that the token is invalid. So now all my pets’ info is inaccessible and the app is worthless. UPDATED FROM 1 TO 3 STARS After many attempts with no guidance from the app I got a new password to work. The working app would be higher rated, but the mandatory update process was very frustrating.

When there is a button "sign up" and the only response is "Not found" you can judge the quality of the app right the way . Deleting the app

It’s great that they fixed the photo upload. However, I just tried to request an appointment and I was very disappointed. The menu is completely FUBAR and prevents being able to get to the submit button on an iPhone 6s with iOS 11.3. Seriously guys, have you never heard of Quality Assurance? It should be part of your SDLC. If you don’t know what SDLC is then you really need to stop building apps.

I “signed up” on my veterinarian’s web portal first. Then I “signed in” to this Ap with the same email and password. The Ap works just fine!

Easy to use. My practice uses ALLYDVM, so they sent me an email to use this new pet page portal. Logged in from the email my dog’s vet sent me and love that I can request appointments and rx refills.
