Informative, but needs a few more features

While it is nice to see the meds and appointments, what would make this app truly useful would be to add: -Text box for each pet to allow owner-entered notes. Pets are often on otc medications or treats that need to be tracked, or have diagnoses that would be nice to be written down for the owner to reference, but there’s no way to enter this information. A simple unlimited text box would fix this problem. -Ability for owner-entered reminders (example: for preventatives not tracked by vet practice, but that need to be given every month or every three months). -Ability for owner to turn off reminders for individual pets. Users won’t know that the vet can do this, leading to frustration when elderly or sick pets keep getting reminders for vaccinations the pet is no longer healthy enough to receive. Rather than forcing vet receptionists to deal with irate and heart-sick pet parents, just put this in the owners’ realm to control through the app. These features would make the app more robust and user-friendly.

First, those that are having problems signing up, I'm guessing, don't know how this works. If YOUR VET uses this app/setup/website then YOUR VET has to have your email in their system linked to your account. If your vet doesn't have your email address linked with their system then you will be unable to properly sign up. The app works fine for appointment requests, to see future appointments, and what your pet is due for. What I can't find, what the app is missing, are actual records of your pet's history. No shot records, no past visit summaries, etc and the app description states "medical records". So that's my disappointment in the app.

Didn’t work

Loaded the app after seeing a note about it on my vet’s website. What came next wasn’t clear. Vet explained hit the resend confirmation email button. Even though the app said email sent, no email, not even in the junk folder. App got deleted.

Broken accessibility

This app used to be accessible using voice over, but for some reason now, it no longer works. I am unable to except the terms in order to proceed into the app as before. Please update, and fix accessibility.

The request info update send button is not visible to be tapped.

The bottom half of app is solid blue color so you can’t see or access what’s behind it on iphone.

Needs some fixes

From what I see, the app looks good, but on certain screens you can’t scroll down all the way. Like I’m trying to scroll through my pets and this blue screen prevents me from scrolling all the way to see my other pets. Then on the main page it gives you your vet and more info. Once again I can’t scroll all the way because of that blue screen blocking. Please fix.
