Very much enjoy this app. Love that it keeps track of medicines, records and has places for microchip info. My only issue is when trying to add pets I had recently taken off. The app hasn’t updated. I even tried clearing/deleting app but it still will not update info for the pets. I would still recommend this app as one glitch isn’t a deal breaker.

Everyone is friendly and compassionate. Our dog actually enjoys visiting the vet and when we are nearby on walks, she tries to go there. Our family trusts our dog and two cats with their care and highly recommend Twin Lakes Veterinary!

My vet uses PetDesk so now I have the awesome app with my pets and their reminders inside. I love being able to request appointments at any time, my work schedule is crazy and this app is a life saver for all 4 of my pets. Thanks!

It’s so much easier to keep track of prescriptions and vaccinations that are due because I’m definitely on my phone more than I am checking my mail for reminders.

We scheduled for a dental appointment in advance on PetDesk for a dental for our cat. We drove all the way to veterinarian one on the scheduled appointment day but were refused because of PetDesk appointment glitch—this is NOT the first time PetDesk app has screwed up appointment scheduling. We already know that for a dental appointment you have to only click on the Dental option (do not click on other options) or it will not book with the correct appointment priority type of availability. We drove over 50 miles with our senior cats again for a wasted vet visit and had to schedule in person instead of the PetDesk app. We are so upset and disappointed and FRUSTRATED with the PetDesk Ap. Our cat really needed his dental and we miss work (Which enables us to PAY for the vet visits) to take our cats to the vet.

Love, love, LOVE this app! It helps me stay on top of all three of my puppies appointments and even gives me medication reminds if my puppies are under the weather. Thank you for helping me keep my puppies happy and healthy! LOVE IT! I SERIOUSLY CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS APP!
