Helps me remember appointments

Thanks to this app it helps me remember appointments, and it tells me if I have a balance that is due. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc one thing that would be helpful is if it had online help/chat for when the office was closed almost like an emergency hotline service

The good: all your pets service providers in one place, with handy reminders. The bad: 1. Constantly logged out, and need to sign in. Again. 2. Can’t paste your password. If you use a password manager, tough luck. 3. Support is less-than-helpful. When I brought up points one and two they said 1) must be a new phone (it wasn’t) and 2) our CIO said pasting passwords is a security vulnerability. It isn’t. It’s exactly the opposite. It felt like blaming the end user. Given the lack of IT/cyber security knowledge expressed I would not be surprised to learn they store passwords in clear text. Verdict: uninstalled

This app has given me real time access to my dog care needs as I do other things. I was able to request a refill at a click of a button and schedule a follow up appointment. West End Animal Wellness Center, Dr. Randall and her staff are excellent and provides the best care for my “Juicy” ...TDJ1

When my dog needs an appointment and it’s ten o’clock at night, this app makes it very easy to put in a request to the vet. I get a call first thing in the morning to set up an appointment. Wish my own doctor had an app like this ?
