The app is good but they take a huge fee from what you make. Someone paid me 375 and there taking 75 away from it.
Too expensive, too complicated, too useless

20% commissions is ridiculous. They require you to solicite reviews in order to send quotes - Not sourcing reviews from other sources is limiting their growth. Doesn’t filter for animal type, software can’t do simple math for a multi-pet family quote. I’m deleting this app.

Wish I could give zero stars. I deleted the app and unsubscribed from emails, yet still get emails when someone somehow requests my service? Cannot find how to delete my account anywhere. They do take A LOT of your money. Don't get yourself into trouble with this one, go out up posters or join a different app/site like WAG or SitterCity or something.

Wonderful app to get sitters and awesome support too. Had a need to find someone for my dog for a week and they got me one in moments. I had a good experience with the sitter too, very caring and obliging.
can’t get passed agreements

every time I agree to terms, it goes to “about me” but never finishes loading. it’ll stay on a blank “about me” page then automatically close. when I open the app, it tells me to add a service, and when I try, it takes me back to the agreement page and the process starts all over
Good app for pet sitters

I was able to find a pet sitter in my area very quickly. I like that you can look for many different pet sitters around you, communicate with them through the app, as well as pay them.

as a pet sitter, it is just ok. there are a lot of jobs however pet backer takes a cut out of the pay you receive and just so you dont get paid through venmo or cash or whatever, you get in trouble for disclosing your phone number. which, for meeting potential clients, can sometimes be incredibly inconvenient if the app wont load and you need directions to the meeting location.
