Great sitters, sometimes difficult app

I found an AMAZING sitter for my cat, last minute. Exceeded my expectations. Love what the app has to offer though it is a bit difficult to navigate. Switching between Chinese and English was difficult and also the chat didn’t always work correctly. I think if the app itself was updated and fixed from bugs and added features, it would be more user friendly.

Great walker, horrible app and company

Hired a wonderful person to come check my cat while I was away, she was great but the app wouldn’t let her send pictures to me or complete the job. I know she did the job because I could see her on my security cameras. The app is horrible. I had to pay upfront and in order to cancel I have to pay a 6% fee and only get my money back in credit. App doesn’t let you view messages and is hard to navigate. I do not recommend

What is the use of requesting a service when nobody responds either yes or no. Wish I had read reviews before hand. I am deleting the app.
Confusing and useless

I have had the hardest time trying to figure out how to use this app. Still can't remove myself from it. Still can't even view any jobs in my area or even in my state!
