Dishonest and Cheating App

I used this app for a year. I also used several of the other Perk apps. I don't recommend any of them. I have had rewards just go missing, not showing up in my email or getting a gift card Reward with a zero balance. I've read about other users having much worse experiences, being cheated out of A LOT of Perk Points worth $25 or more. If you google this app, you'll find the depths of dishonesty for those who are responsible for and from this and its other apps.

The app stopped showing me my balance on my card I can't even see how much I have anymore. I tried reinstalling and also restarting the app nothing works.

Tried to collect Plastik but it says my info is not correct. Contacted support and they want me to send them my DL and SS card along with recent utility bill or bank statement. This has IDENTITY THEFT written all over it!

Perk is getting cheap with us. You used to be able to make 2 points per video.

When requesting something other than their credit card you get redirected to a website. The website link is broken. The point of the app is to make money. They keep yor money away from you.

After a year of no issues with the app and making pretty good money it’s suddenly decides to no longer work. When I contacted customer support I was told my IP was blacklisted and try logging in from somewhere else. That simply ridiculous. When I did a little investigation I discovered that numerous people are having this problem and seems that all of us are getting a different answer. I am not happy at all, I invest a lot of time with this app because I trusted it,Now I have to rethink it
Won’t allow me to add funds to Perk Plastik card!

The app won’t allow me to add money to my card. So far no response when I emailed them & they delete all the complaints about the same problem on their social media accounts! Please fix this problem!!!!
