Is A Good App (For Now)

This particular app isn’t made for getting more perk points...it’s more of an overview of how many points you have and gives you the option of transferring them to my Perk Plastik Debit Card. Just solely based on this it has been a good app and I’ve been able to transfer my points to my card and it is done in mere seconds. Unfortunately, I received an email from the site that they have decided to discontinue the Perk Plastik Debit Card, which is a major disappointment because this is one of the things that I liked about Perks. As this is the only function this app has I don’t see it being used in the near future. So, for people who want to get the Debit Card you won’t be able to get it and for people who have it already you can still use up until July 2019. They then refund you the amount that is left on your card by check in the mail. I would suggest just using it by then so there are no issues.

Perk does not give perk plastic card anymore and also perk rewards point are not what they use to perk. The perk apps new new update they don’t work that well

Trying to figure out where my money went!! They said the card is no longer good after July 27th year I was NOT informed about this before it happened and they said a check would mailed to us for the balance!! It is now August 14th and I have NOT received anything!! Try to get any support and NOTHING!! I am furious!!

They sent me a notification that my points would expire if I didn’t login and earn at least one point...then conveniently had a system error which prevented me from logging in to receive that point. Despite proof of the problem which included an email chain with their “support team” and screenshots of they error on two different platforms, they still reclaimed all of my earnings. Don’t waste your time on this scam.

Absolutely terrible app nothing works, crashes constantly. Completely unprofessional app ESPECIALLY for one that asks for your Social Security number.

Updated this App today hoping it was going to be fixed, but NO! Still doesn't load videos so one can get points! Again...Disappointed!!!

Am really disappointed with perk they messed there amazing app. I messaged them so many times I keep getting Same reply with " Uninstall the app and re-download" Please perk fix the app and stop with AppStore ads u guys have!? bring regular ads back!!!!! Hopefully u will understand " Perk is making there apps worst and worst!

This app and add on apps lock up they are not fully compatible. Many won't fully load and open. The refuse to send your gift cards and the commit fraud and steal personal information. Before u get if you get any cards they want copy of bills, personal i d , copy of personal accounts lots more. They have no number to verify they are real and not part of discover. This app is a fraud.
