It’s STILL a great app!!!

Ok, so when I first started with perk (tv) several years ago, it was UNREAL amazing! I was cashing out $5 every other day! However, it slowed down (HORRIFICALLY). There are several reasons for this. First, the app(s) in the perk family became ENORMOUSLY popular (YAY!). If the sponsors aren’t paying perk on time, or whatever, the owners can’t pay every member out of their own pockets. That would be ridiculous. I am not on the support staff, so I truly don’t know why it all changed (NOT gonna lie, I TOTALLY miss those days!!). However, I DO know that the perk support team has ALWAYS been GREAT to me. They’re prompt in their responses, and (I’m NOT a tech genius) when I had a problem, they patiently helped me. There are SO many options in the perk family, money can be made. Am I going to quit my day job, and live the billionaire life from this? No. This is an APP. It’s not a 401K, nor an investment company. Be grateful for the easy money (I did cringe when I wrote that...5000 is a LOT of points, lol!!), and be patient with the support staff. There are a ton more of us (members) than there are of them, so they do the best they can. Thank you for the years of earning!! I truly miss perk tv (sigh...), but I am doing other perk apps. Hoping for many more years with you!!

I can’t get a reply from them at all. It’s been close to a week know that I’ve had a big issue going on with my perk balance and they’ve yet to contact me back. I feel like I’m being cheated out right now.

This app is garbage!!! Every time I try to go to the site to review the reward prizes, gift cards or cash I'm sent in a circle. Screw this app I'm deleting it!

I use different perk apps and I love I can convert my points to perk wallet I’m able to use for real money . I also enjoy the gift cards too. I hope to be using perk many more years to come thank You

I find out as many perks about perk then I’m ready to write a really great review and even do videos to share and I’m told scratch and win is not available in my area and region. I need this app to complete my daily task and it helped accumulate a lot of perk points. So now I definitely can’t give a five star rating. What’s going on?

If you use this app to cash out your Perk points be aware that if you have any technical issues you may have to wait quite a while to get help. I’ve been having an issue for five days trying to get points converted to cash on my Perk Plastik card and the technical support just isn’t there. They either don’t respond to my emails or if they do it’s apparent they didn’t read the entire email because they don’t offer any resolution. I guess the support people from the Viggle app now support Perk Wallet because the issues with them are the same. It’s pretty sad when a customer is emailing with an issue and the support response is “ we see everything is working fine now”..

Okay, so once upon a time, it used to be possible to earn 2 points per video in this app. Now, when you click on the 'Watch & Earn' button, it doesn't even play 1 video per year, let alone earn you 1 point every 4 videos.

Believe my review!
Tried cashing out 3 times via instant PayPal each on a different dates but I didn’t receive any payments! NON AT ALL! Sent them numerous emails and guess what also didn’t get any response! While they let you use the app and run ads so they can still make money! GARBAGE APP!

Where is the perk plastic card

My daughter turned 18 in January, she has sent proof of this twice and still no perk card , it’s been going on for almost 5 months ! Customer support (really?) is no help. My sister order her card over 2 months ago . In the app, it now asks her to set up her pin by giving the 16 digit card number. She has never received her card. Contacted customer support, still waiting on helpful (fingers crossed) reply. Mom finally has enough points to order her perk plastic card, the app will not load the order page.
