Puzzling user interface

Using this app requires solving puzzles. It took me too long to figure out how to program my smart thermostat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Put it under its own tab and provide some online help. I don’t use this app frequently so I’ll probably have forgotten how next time and have to solve the user interface puzzle all over again next time.

Please please please fix this app! It closes every time you try to open, even if updates are current. The whole point of installing a Pepco thermostat was to be able to monitor and adjust temperature via the app - this key feature doesn’t even work! It makes me wonder where all the pepco service fees go that we are being charged each month???

When I try to log in to my account it just crashes. iPhone X. Totally broken.

Touch ID bug

Enabling the Touch ID causing the app to crash and I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app to be able to use it. I lost my saved payment information because of this bug. This needs to be fixed.
Kicks me off

Each time I try to sign in it kicks me off back to my home screen! Does it every time so annoying I can even see my bill or pay it!
Crashes at Login

App worked great for months but now it crashes before I’m even allowed to log in to my account. Deleting.
