App is great overall but has several flaws. Recently it shows duplicate listings of my account. Just checked today and it shows that my account is overdue and the new bill hasn’t even been released yet. It showed a “PAID” status yesterday. Also, the option to control the temperature of the thermostat from the app would be a plus.

Doing anything in this app is a test of patience. Trying to add an account keeps giving me an error in app but I receive a success email. The account still doesn’t show up in the app. The app also doesn’t work with password managers. Do yourself a favor and just use the website, at the very least you’ll be able to do something.

My password that I use for my account is too long for the app (16 characters). Therefore I can not use the app.

C'mon Pepco, take some responsibility and care when you publish an app. The Program Thermostat is broken again. The page now comes up with an error message. You changed your website but forgot about the app.

My power just now came back on... ...No thanks to Pepco, I could not even report through this app that the power went out, why...? Simple, just because I did not manually update this app recently, I only need it to ever quickly tell Pepco that the power is out. Important point, usually people can’t update the app if there is no power...also, updating wastes a lot of power...

When a user who uses voiceover attempts to login the keyboard does not come up so you can type your user ID and password this is been an ongoing issue and it never has gotten fixed so until this issue is fixed I cannot give any better reviews than a zero
