Please Add a way to Save Banking Info

It would be nice if this feature was added. I really don’t want to have to put the info in each time. If I make the payment through the website it saves your banking info. Otherwise, the app is easy to use.

You cannot pay through app unless you type in bank information each time when you want to make a payment, the app should either save bank information when it is entered first time or fetch the one that is already available through online account. This is a basic functionality that is missing. I use the app only for payment as I don’t want to enroll in auto pay. Fix this and I’ll be happy.

There is no way to set manually the temperature but use the schedule one. That half red circle might look good but is useless, I would highly appreciate something ugly but useful than something good looking but useless

Just static data. Not useful at all

Every outage shows same static restoration time. Not based on real logic or actual data. No more useful than calling the outage line and getting the same useless recording.

Bill due date!

Does not always update the bill site star after you’ve paid. Often times it shows the next bill under the previous due date and displays as Past Due in bold red letters. This causes a slight panic when you know you’ve paid the bill on time! This happens far too often. Honestly once was more than enough for me.

Thank to the glitch

Because of the glitch in the app, it won’t let me see the balance and I didn’t see how much I owed until two months later when it said I owed over $400!! I managed to catch up with all bills but recently I got a collection letter stating that I owed $241 from October 2016 which was certainly the time I paid before a glitch appeared in the app. Thank you, pepco app for adding unnecessary issues to my finance problems smh

Constant Error Logging In

Works like Clockwork

This app used to be really convenient, but recently this has not been the case. I constantly get errors signing in and I know it is not user error. Logging into the actual website with the same username and password works perfectly fine. I use the app due to convenience, but I am going to have to remove it. PEPCO please get it together and fix your app errors!!
