Love it but a little disappointed

kyaelle

I have love Penzu for many years. I want to get the life time membership. However I am a little disappointed in that they done offer just a little customization in the free membership so that people can try it out before buying. Also be nice if the app and the web page were the same. As there are things you can do on the webpage that you can’t do with the Ap. Also make it easer to move things would help. It would be nice as well if you could do/add videos. But over all I am very pleased.

It doesn’t save any edits I make

Raven728

Deserves zero stars. I’ve lost too many edits and anything new I write without starting a new page. Deleting.

Love this App

Love Penzu! It’s simple and easy to use! I do wish you could get a few more features without having to pay so much but I did purchase the Penzu Pro for 20 dollars for the year which I didn’t think was bad. I enjoy having different journals for different things!

Exactly what I wanted

The app works great. The only issue I’m having is that on my ipad the cover gets in the way of the space bar when I’m typing. I would like a way to move the key board up half an inch.

Love Penzu!

I normally write using the desktop version. But there were times when I wished I could write about what was on my mind. I downloaded the app and it syncs pretty well so far. I took off a star for a desire to have passcode option without the upgrade rate as well as the option to pick font type for when it syncs with the desktop version.

It's been great. It's simple, great, private and enjoy it.

Pastoral Pleasure

As a pastor, I will write a weekly 500 word essay, if you will, that becomes the seabed for my weekly sermon. Penzu allows me to not only work fluidly; it also permits me to share the outcome as a link! First rate!

Thank you

I love this app. I like the format. My only complaint is I wish there was a more prominent menu. App support has been very good and helpful to me. Thank you, Simon.

Great app but...

Honestly, I love it. I can open it on my laptop when I’m home and in my feelings. I can open the mobile app when I’m out and something amazing happens or when I’m laying in bed and my laptop is across the room and I don’t feel like getting up. I’m not giving it 5 out of 5, however, because of how limited the personalization is on the free version. I’m in college and I can’t afford to pay for a diary but it would be nice to change the color of journal and background to at least basic things. EVERY button I push that is not ‘new entry’ or ‘search journal’ won’t allow me to do anything without “going pro”, it’s annoying. Other than that this app is great for when you are looking for a quick outlet for your emotions from day to day. Y’all take care xoxo JC

Not everything is free

ButterLuvsWill

I thought, I could lock my journal. It won't let me. Unless, I upgrade to pro. It's silly retype the password. Can't change the journal's cover. Unless you upgrade. The only is free, is to write in the journal. Not sure, if I want keep this app or not. It's a waste of time, of having it.
