I can’t say how many times I have bought millions of credits, accidentally hit the “max bet” button rather than the “-“ button only to have the credits I just literally bought or earned wiped out! It is so irritating and I’ve lost a lot of money! Other than that I love playing!

I purchased a coin package and I guess they decided I was going to lose anyway so the charged my card but never gave me my coins purchased. So now the casino app has a new way to win you pay your money and the decide if you even get to play. They never responded to my request so I have had to file my claim with apple.

Need to improve customer service. More drink service on the floor. Need managers on the floor to solve problems not just in the players club. Host needs to help all card members if we asked for one not just vip. I’m playing and I have to go get up to go to players club to ask for host and when I asked for one they told me I don’t have a host so they won’t talk to me. Not really nice. All employees Need to be friendly and smile all the time

I hadn’t played on this app in months because it crashed every time a bonus was triggered. It only took about 10 minutes today to crash on a bonus. It took my bet on 3 different bonus rounds in different games and shut down without paying every time. Where is the zero star rating?
