Need to improve customer service. More drink service on the floor. Need managers on the floor to solve problems not just in the players club. Host needs to help all card members if we asked for one not just vip. I’m playing and I have to go get up to go to players club to ask for host and when I asked for one they told me I don’t have a host so they won’t talk to me. Not really nice. All employees Need to be friendly and smile all the time
