Big wins are negated

At first I thought it was just a one-off fluke that the game froze just as it hit a HUGE win. But then it happened again, and again, even when the wins aren’t that big. It freezes, says “submitting spin data”. Then says “spin error, your bet has been returned “ Well, what good is that when the payout is negated? I have never purchased credits, and never will. Multiple games involved in this situation, too. Very annoying because it’s obviously intentionally programmed to work that way.

Nice when working but this app constantly gives error messages when trying to link your Marquee Rewards account. Gets extremely frustrating.

In the early days of playing this game my husband and I often contacted support . Most of the problems were my husbands and things we needed to fix, but like others we’ve had games crash just as about to get big payout. Unlike others we’ve only had great support from your agents. They went out of their way to help even when problem was my husbands device and when he lost out on a win there was never any problem getting credit. I guess it’s all in the way you approach a problem. Thank you ❣️
