OK I've been playing this game for years and I love it just right now been trying to play it and it keeps crashing and it's pretty infuriating after playing in paying money for years to see you the only response to all the crash reviews is to email you! What developer does that?! Are you giving people free coins for compensation or something? How about just getting on the ball and fixing this great app so that kids with autism and others can actually play yet instead of telling everybody to flood your studio with emails that are just going to say that it crashes! iPad mini 4, update iOS Review from 2 years ago: New update crashes on iPad 4 Really really bummed. Doesn't work now.

Update - don’t waste money buying anything for this app. It crashes and restarts missions that have been completed. I wasted so much money because my kids liked it. If you or your kids like snoopy stay with snoopy bubble pop it actually works right. Its cute Snoopy and the Peanuts town. Houses and buildings. My issue is with the functioning of the game. It’s the only game I have on my phone. I updated my phone bad idea. I paid for package and only got some of it. The missions are the same way. I have to do some of them two or more times. I have to complete things two or more times :(. Please fix the game. Ps I would like my missing items. This game has no support for help.

I had a problem with my game and contacted customer service. Drew and Shane were awesome and fixed my game very quickly. Very impressed. I upped my stars to 5 for great customer service. Plus, I am enjoying playing the game.

Items in our inventory

I have so many items collected in my inventory. I have the characters do tasks. I collect the items from the tasks. A great idea would be a board to buy and sell items collected. This can be done with other players. That way we are not just deleting these items when there are many and nothing to do with them. It is pointless to collect all these items. There should also be more tasks to use these items. It would make the game more interesting.

Need another update. Last one was late January with decorations for Valentines. Need one for Easter & Spring. Game isn’t very challenging at upper levels unless it’s recently updated. Thanks!

This is the second time the game has frozen after the update if iOS 11.26. The last time I deleted the game and lost the money I spent and my levels. I’m on level 30! When will you fix it?

I enjoy this game, but when iOS updates don’t push for 2-3days after other platforms during timed events it’s frustrating. Been waiting 2 days for the most recent update to be available in App Store. App won’t load past a pop that directs to Apple iTunes for update and nothing in iTunes Store to update the app.

Update: I have noticed some positive differences in the game and have had excellent customer service for an issue. I enjoy the game and the graphics, but I have a few requests/suggestions. 1) Can the want ads stop giving me items I am not leveled to achieve? It takes up space and time, and I often can’t achieve the special orders bc of one item that I have no way to complete. 2) Some of the times required to earn a character reward are ridiculous. I understand the extensive times for a reward that is assembled in a craft building, but for a single item to be used to make another item? You shouldn’t have to wait hours for some of these items. 3) If I bought the school supply stores with coins, and the items are completely random, does the time for those items need to be half a day? There is no way to complete the tasks in the timed special order area or most of the time, I’m wasting space in the want ads hoping those items might appear. Thanks for the consideration (I hope).
