I love this game. However I have had nothing but problems, every update it seems like! I contact pixowl. They immediately respond back with a general message that my message was received and still not able to fix my game or give me back players they said they would since my game froze on me after spending real money to get the characters to finish quests or purchase certain things/buildings or items with snoopy cash u have to buy. I got a message today that said turn your phone off and then on and open game and go to remote, which I did for the same message to pop and say oh rats no wireless connection your game is unable to load or whatever the heck but you get the gist.......Unhappy!! Unhappy!!! And deleting the game forever. For all that want the game don’t do it, you’ll be disappointed.

This could be a really great game. I have been playing for a few months and for the most part really enjoyed playing. The 2 issues I have is with the game freezing every time I attempt to connect to FB. I reached out to tech support and have never gotten a response to fix the problem. My second issue is that unless you spend money, it’s very difficult to get characters or to buy items from the shop. I will continue to play for now in hopes the issues will be resolved.

Back to 1 star.... I waited overnight for chocolate bears and notebooks and various other things. It didn't even tally up the grocery bag from the grocery store! I put all characters in skating and got nothing from it. I did 8 hour phone Call to chuck from peppermint patty twice and it wants to do it a third time and it won't allow me to skip it! The game doesn't tally up all the coins or not the valentine candy hearts. After playing valentine scene, it's not tallying the hearts, money, coins or things you make and not giving you credit for the accomplishments including what you have made with the valentine credits. I'll just play for fun but will never pay money until it proves it's integrity. I shut it down and restart it and it still glitches anyways and don't give the stuff back. My husband bought and worked for property and it took it back from him while he was waiting on the workers and he has to go pay for it again and remake the stuff again to open it back up. He isn't happy about it! And I'm not very happy about it either and just when I was getting my hopes up. Had to update and move to four stars from one star. Although the valentine thing deleted my whole game, it's been kind of fun starting over. I hadn't spent any money and was fairly new at only level 17 or 18 on it so my loss was not that much. I'm loving the decor but hope we can keep it after the valentine is over. I totally love the videos so we can get snoopy green backs. That's the greatest part! But .....the reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it freezes every time I watch a video, but it does tally the money every time after I close and then reopen it. But it's an inconvenience. And because I can't play the valentine game because I no longer can make anything with metal cuz it took all my metal machines when I started over and valentine starts by having 3 metals for the scissors....That's a little irritating. But thank you for the videos to get the Snoopy money! I may not mind spending money if I'm not forced to do it...Because some people are poor and just cannot spend the money. I can but won't if I'm forced. I want to know it's steady first and that I'm not going to have problems all the time and good customer service. Truly if rather buy a game and have it forever! I don't like all this temporary stuff, temporary is just way wrong! Now I'm getting a message before the game comes up the day after I put up this review. It says I don't have an internet connection when I do have one and everything else I use the internet for works just fine. It's fun but made too hard to get quests done. And it takes way too long and some quests, important ones, takes two characters. There's one character doesn't craft anything good. I almost paid money and I'm so salad I didn't. I've been trying to get to customer service but it says I need to check my internet connection!! What kind of lying message is that? My internet is fine! I thought maybe I wrote too much so I shortened it but still wouldn't send. This was my message: Missing items I'm Sorry I have to share this with you, I keep losing things, like shoes don't tally up all the time. And a pink flower and a stone path complete just disappeared. A few times the money didn't register. It was the house that didn't tally up...I think Charlie browns house. It has been a few times it didn't tally the money. I'm enjoying the Charlie Brown animated game but these are some definite problems. Oh and the animation on the tree swing and the bomb firework I think it is, doesn't work either. It says something about Snoopy. I'm on level 16 or 17 I'm pretty sure. After seeing all the complaints I realize the problem is likely just greed. So so glad I didn't spend any money! And I won't spend any money either. Especially after reading these reviews and having these problems. I would still appreciate the help to fix these problems. Thanks!!! I could even change the rating if the problems are taken care of. Let me know.

So, I have every comic and 95 of your comic points still with nothing to use them on. Now Lila is available, but only if you’re willing to cough up $9.95 for her and the bundle, but you can’t complete the Valentine’s Day quests without her. I have millions in snoopy coins but everything of any value takes snoopy bucks which I have few of. This game is lame. I only keep it because I keep hoping it will get better but it rarely does. I guess I’ll check back again in another 6 months and hope again
Crashes a lot

Such a cute game at first. I can’t tell you how many times it crashes in a single play. I open it, one minute later it goes blank. I’ve actually spent money trying to complete tasks. The scenes are practically impossible unless you get that next special character for an event... Christmas, Halloween and now valentines. I think I’m done with this for a while. Hopefully there will be an update soon that addresses the many bugs it has.

This game does not save progress. My daughter has to keep restarting the game. The game just flashes off and then it's gone. Wiped out! Ugh! She has autism no loves the game so we continue to try.
Getting boring. Need a major update.

I enjoy games like these. Trying to find games like the Simpson tapped out. Other then the Simpson game this game was better then the other. It used to be fun at the beginning but it’s really getting boring. Can’t really use the coins for much and the land expansion is too expensive. Some section you have to have over $1000 Snoopy dollars to unlock it. The only way to get Snoopy dollars without paying with REAL money is to watch the video ads. You were able to watch more than 5-7 but now you can only watch 1 or 2. Events also take too long to do. Some part you need a character to unlock it but you have to buy it with REAL money. Also game keep freezing. I may have to quit playing for a while unless they fixed all these issues.
