There’s only, like, 3 free exercises. It’s a tiny fraction of what’s on the app, and at $10/mo for pro, the pricing is insane. What a rip off.

I like the idea and visual aesthetic of the app, and I liked the sample visualization “ritual.” However, the app is buggy; it won’t let me complete my sleep journal when I wake up, instead telling me it’s already completed and then asking me to complete it again before I try to do a ritual at night. In addition, the free version only allows you to try a single “ritual” from each category; to access the hundreds of other rituals and any of the features like sleep stats, you have to subscribe to the premium version, which is expensive at $10/month or $53/year. Overall I want to like the app, but the setup feels greedy and the functionality just isn’t where it needs to be. I’ve pretty much stopped using it and will probably delete it soon.

0 out of 5, this was hard to use the layout was confusing and there were only three available exercises out of almost 200!

I’ve been using this for the past couple of nights and it’s been amazing! I love the interface, the routine tips, everything. The only suggestion I’ll give is support for iPad, because right now the app is just a rectangle in the middle of my screen. But other than that, I’ve been sleeping better than ever! ? ?

Alright so I was slacking sleep as a senior in highschool and I was goofing around in the App Store saw this and was like I’ll download it just to see how this app works, set eveything slept around 11:00 PM with the nighttime audio, bruh I swear I woke up with good energy and I had a dream which is pretty rare for me to have, I’m not sure if it was a lucky night sleep for me or it was the app but I had a good sleep. I’ll put this as a solid 4 stars because I slept like a baby, but yea l don’t really believe in aUdIO sLeEp tEchNiqEs but it kind of worked, so ya. Don’t review too often but a good day with engey and sleep I had to return the favor so thank you devs

You download and open to find you can only use 3 out of 200 things to help you and they immediately need your email addy to set up and then they immediately let you know they will bill you $10 a month or $50 something via your Apple account. I don’t think trying three of anything is a worthy of my attention. Oh, app layout is less than logical. I’m tired of downloading a “free App” that is really a demo with the hopes you will pay $10. a month. First thing I did this morning was to tell them to delete my “account” and I deleted the app. They should be honest that this is a taste of a $53 dollar a year app up front.

All it does is ask you a set of questions to fill out when you wake up, and has “meditations” to listen to when you sleep. Nothing more really. Not able to add naps. Paid version is simply more meditations LOL

I was struggling with frequent periods of nights where I would wake up the next day feeling like my eight hours of sleep was only 10 minutes. When I went around looking for a solution, I was fortunate this showed up on the app store when it did. After the first few nights using this app, I started waking up feeling much MUCH more well rested. Some days, I would wake up having only slept 5-6 hrs, and I would still feel well rested. I think the app really helps calm your mind and/or body at the end of the day. I wouldn’t necessarily fall asleep right after using the app, but it did set my “mental state” into a relaxed mode - thoughts, muscles, emotions all calmed down. If you end up trying this app, then I really hope it helps you like it did for me!
just a random person yeah
i got this app hoping it would help me sleep better and stay asleep but then i have to start playing 10 dollars monthly or 50 dollars annually
