Best sleep app EVER

thesharkwhisperer

Ok so I have a lot of trouble falling asleep at night and I’ve tried all the different apps and each one was just literally creepy, like not calming at all, just made me feel like someone was going to pop out of the shadows and kill me in my sleep. But Rise was really great. It was calming and it wasn’t scaring me to a point of insomnia??. So all in all, five stars ⭐️ great job ??

I like the app and upgraded to be able to experience all of the available meditations. It’s helped calm me down and ease my thoughts so that I can fall asleep. Like others have posted, I am asked to complete the sleep journal both the next morning and prior to using it again at night. It does not progress to the next meditation but instead goes back to the ones I’ve already listened to. I’d like to be asked for the sleep journal only one time and have the next meditation play instead of having to search for it. When it’s updated to do that, it will be a winning app and I’ll change my 4-star rating to 5!

Peak sleep app

Whole body healthy

I have Been using Peak Sleep for just a few days now. While I have enjoyed the app so far it would be nice to have at least one more selection on each guide in order to get a better idea of the different guides. There isn’t quite enough information yet for me to make a decision on whether I would purchase the app.

Great App, Small Suggestion

Seamus1001

Peak Sleep is a really great app, and very helpful. One small suggestion to the developers: He sleep tip feature has offered me the same tip for the last 6 months. Obviously, this feature is not central to the app. But I think if ou’re not really goin to offer anything with this peripheral feature, then you should remove it in a future update. It givea the imprssion of the app being neglected. If you do intend to keep that feature, I think you need to write additional content for it. You have so many great experts, they should be able to contribute great material for the tips feature. But, as I said, overall this is a great app. It’s wonderful that you offer such a breadth of approaches to experiment with. One size does not fit all. And, each of us does not necessarily know which technique will work best.
