iOS 15.1 and Touch ID issue

I enjoyed using Paycom on my phone. Phone just updated to iOS 15.1 and Touch ID stopped working. Clicking on help doesn’t do anything. I had to delete the app and reinstall. Still no Touch ID. Had to create a key and enter each time. Please fix this issue. No problem with Touch ID on other apps.
Security Question

They are asking me to answer a security question that wasn’t ask in the security questions that I answered and now I can’t open my app. because I don’t know the answer to the question. The question is,” What is your frequent flyer number?” Why would that be a question!?!

My pay and time management are not options that I am seeing is the something the employer has to opt in to or should it automatically be there?

Payroll has always been a mystery. Now, thanks to Paycom, the mystery is lifted. Who ever thought an employee would approve his/her own paycheck? But it’s true. Thanks.
Log in doesn’t allow using password manager

I thought it allowed it in the past, but I could be mistaken. Regardless, you should be able to pull your credentials from a password manager when you tap the username text box to start logging in. I don’t know my username or password generally. I let my password manager manage that, but the way they have the keyboard set up when typing in your username, it removes the option to pull from the password manager. I generally like this app, but that’s a dealbreaker for me, so I will use the web version unless this gets a fix. Would be 5 stars if this weren’t an issue.
Zero ability to contact a help desk

My company is leaving this app due to multiple issues and they don’t have an IT help desk for you to contact. If you forget to clock out of lunch, you have to wait an additional 30 minutes to make another punch. There is no reason for this and there is nothing an employee can do to get around it.

Good only thing that would make it better is to display the total of work hours without you having to go check to check adding hours up.

I like many of the functions of this app, having the ability to have employees correct their own punches, saves time during payroll! Two things that could be better, are 1) mobile clock in/out feature doesn’t work very well, because half the time gps thinks you’re not inside the building.. and 2) the pay stubs look fake.. if you could add a Paycom Logo to them, that would be great! ?
