In the span of one month, this app has been updated 5 times. It’s really annoying to be promoted to update so constantly. I feel like every time I open it, it prompts me to update. And the features never change!!

It makes communicating so much easier and requesting days off or replying to messages. Being able to take care of all your needs in the phone app has made my life so much easier and especially with the 4 number log in!!!!!

App is not that great to much trouble if you forget to punch in or out things in the field are not perfect sometimes stuff happens and a punch in or out is the last thing on you mind. The app might be great for office people and HR But for the people in the thick of it it’s just fair.

Paycom’s mobile app is very easy to use. I track mileage, approve my timesheet, enrolled in benefits, and do my training on my phone.
Security is low

This apps security is lacking. They need better encryption and privacy policies that protect the users.
Too hard to add expenses

Recording an expense should be simple but this app makes it much harder than it needs to be.
Avoid Paycom if possible

Paycom is awful! They have messed up so much, so many times, it’s astonishing to me they are still in business.
