Password requirements are unreasonable

Due to the extremely sensitive password requirements of this app I am always forgetting my password(an iteration of the same password I have used for around 15 years now for every other site/app I have). Why so many restrictions? Other than this extremely annoying feature the app works fine after I call them and have my password reset
Convenient way to get paystubs!

I work for a home health care company so there is no office that I report to. Therefore I didn’t know how I was going to review my paystubs. My coworker told me about this app and I was able to log in and get all my paystubs since starting with the company. It couldn’t be any easy.
