Very easy to navigate love the App

Disappointed in no “Time Off Request“ option

mindyg614

I installed the app hoping to fill out my time off requests without having to find a desk computer :( this app is a wealth of read-only information, very few things you can affect change from within the app. Dear developers, when I install an app, it should replace the desktop version, same options & same features. otherwise what’s the point of having to use 2 portals? Please create equal accessibility & functionality in the app! Thx

Touch ID doesn’t work

Touch ID does not work Also when the pin window pops up I have to click it 6 times before it actually lets me type in the box.

Good app associated with great service.

Paychex has been providing services for our business for sometime. This app allows users to access payroll data, retirement information, and other info related to the services they provide. The app is easy to navigate and the information is pretty straightforward. Occasionally, it has an issue or two but overall The app works well. Lately, I’ve not been able to adjust my contribution percentages on the app. Every time I’ve tired I get a error message. Please fix this flaw.

Error message

I tried to log my hours and i just get a notification saying “invalid information please try again mobile access denied”

No notifications anymore

I used to get a text notification when my paycheck information was ready to view. Since one of the updates I no longer get one. I would really like it if you fixed this issue.
