A seemingly never ending loop of resetting my password, receiving/inputting the sent code, only to still not be able to login. Face ID doesn’t work. Beyond frustrating. I would give zero stars if I could

Very disappointed, no assistant and irresponsable people

Several summits requesting forgot user name or password. Needs to be addressed to the federal government. You can’t locked personal information and more if is related with income tax. Report this scam.

Worst app I’ve ever had to deal with, seems so cheap & faulty, I don’t feel as my information is secure, it always loaded blank pages.
Can’t sign in anymore

The app was working great but for the past 2 months now I can not sign in. I keep getting a massage saying please try again in a few minutes 4001
Cannot login via the app for months

I’m not sure what’s going on with the app, but for months now when I open the app and try to sign-in I have NO option to sign-in. The button you click to “sign-in” after you put in your username/pw is legit grayed out and doesn’t let you click it! I know my username/pw work just fine, bc I occasionally login via the website - however, the website is clunky and not as fast to use. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I tried it on a different phone. I tried troubleshooting and still can’t get the sign in button to actually allow me to *click* it! Can this issue be fixed?
