Headaches, confirmation codes and the name of an unknown dog

Worst customer service ever. Makes it so hard to change phone number and customer service is the worst. Especially the online rep service. I’ve never owned a dog so why would my security question be “what’s the name of my first dog?” And now I have to change my security questions before I can even attempt to change my phone number so I can get a verification code so I can log on to my account. Very frustrating. So frustrating that I just assume I’m receiving the correct funds because attempting to log in and get everything fixed is too much of a headache. But other than that I’m sure the application is amazing once you’re actually able to log in. Keep up the good work on that end at least.

You need IOS 13 or later in order to install the new version. What kind of IT programming idiot would make such a decision effecting those of us with older phones, such as my I Phone 6S....

I’ve been trying to update this app for three days now and it will not update or let me get to my information/check stubs. How am I supposed to get around this to get my information???

I used to love this app but... You guys updated your app, it prompted me to get the new one, so I tried, but my phone isn’t compatible with it. The apple store app says I can operate the older version of the paychex app, but when I try to open the older version of Paychex, it just prompts me to upgrade to the new version. So basically I’m in a cycle that I can’t get out of, due to your app “updates”. This is very inconvenient and you have made this app useless. I can’t see my paystubs or tax information. ?

It was nice while it works but it’s useless now. In order to use legacy apps I need, im staying on iOS 12. This app refuses to open unless I update to the latest version, which requires iOS 13+.
