I understand they want to make money on their app, but forcing me to sign up for their 7-day trial without a "No Thanks" option is pretty bad. Honestly, for the very limited use I have for this app, I would be very happy to pay $1.99 or something. I simply do not need all the extra features that make them feel entitled to charging $30 a year. Good riddance! I hated the updates anyway.

I only have 1 password in the app and now I can’t get it out because of the stupid 1 week free trial which screwed me over why should I have to deal with that to get to 1 password? If I can get it out I’m deleting the app I suggest everyone do the same before they screw you too

I have had this ap for awhile without issues. Now when opened the ap and tried to look up a password a screen comes up offering a free 7day trial for a better version of this ap then after 7 days you will be automatically billed 29.99. You cannot decline this offer. I’ve tried everything. So basically you are forced to purchase the new improved ap just to get access to your passwords. FYI I don’t have the free ap. I paid the 99 cents so that I can enter unlimited accounts and passwords. Now I can’t access them. This is a scam and I will no longer be using this ap. I will have to try to remember all my passwords and enter them into an ap that is more reputable. This I after I paid for this ap. Another FYI I have yet to find any contact number for this company.

The Jan 8 update has locked my out of my app. Now what ?? These people are like a ghost. No way to find them or contact them about this problem and they have my money too.
