Had the free version of this application worked fine Then one day the company got GREEDY and would not let me into my App unless I would buy it. $30.00 a year This came without ANY warning. I finally decided to pay up get my passwords and NEVER use this App again NOW it tells me I have the wrong Password and can not even get my passwords WHAT A way to destroy your future client base and company Hope this help someone thinking of downloading this Crappy App hope this information is useful. This company is NOT to be Trusted

Used this “free” app without issues for a year. Made the mistake of updating to the latest version. I don’t recall getting a warning that if you update, you’re upgrading to a PAID version, not the free one. Sure, you can still log into the app, but you are unable to access your passwords without first agreeing to subscribe to their “free trial” that will auto-renew in a few days charging you 29.99 US per year! Basically you key in all your passwords when they’re a free app, then they later hold your passwords hostage for a subscription. I was in the middle of doing some pressing financial paperwork when this happened. Out of desperation had to subscribe in order to unlock my passwords instead of retrieving them from other sources. Luckily you can cancel the subscription immediately (I suggest retrieving and double-checking all your passwords first). This seems like such a sleazy way to get a subscription, to me. Even if I felt the subscription price was worth it (which it may well be) I absolutely refuse on principle to subscribe to an app that uses these kinds of tactics.

I downloaded the app and when I went through the process of setting it up it said I had to pay. I’m not paying $7 a month for this app when I have a normal free password

They Billed Me for a Year....after A) I deleted the app and B) Unsubscribed from the free trial.

I don’t like it because there is no way to go in and delete the program during the trail period.

No sooner had I stored personal information on the app then it held my data hostage and forced me to start a 7 day trial period leading towards a $29 automatic renewal. It’s deceitful and messed up! I agreed, started the trial, retrieved my info, canceled my trial, then deleted the app. Save yourself the hassle!
