I tried reinstalling the app and it has a verification code that is supposed to be sent to you when you try to restore from the cloud however no matter how many times I try to get that verification code an email is never sent. I have canceled my subscription after three years and would not recommend anyone purchase this product going forward. Data is sacred and when you can’t depend on the company to maintain it then you lose trust and when that happens to a company, it will be hard for them to survive. Don’t take my word for it. Just look at all the negative reviews on the same subject that just popped up. The company has been crickets to all of its customers around this problem.
I actually need help in subscribing it. No review. Also PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD ITS A TRAP

So, I accidentally subscribed to it and forgot. I deleted the app then. One day I got an email that $30 have been deducted from my account for the auto renewal of it. I want to unsubscribe it since this app is no use for me. I again downloaded it and its asking for an email id as returning user. I don’t have any email id on it. I have no clue what should I do to unsubscribe it. If you are a new user. It doesn’t ask for an email id to put. It just asks to create a password and thats what I did. Now being a returning user, I have no email id to put on. Its just q trap to make money. Download it and u will know it

I got on the app all happy that I could use than this 7 days trial comes that I have to pay to sign up comes up to me and I can't take it out so.... how is this app free... Anyone if me?

I downloaded this app, then almost immediately deleted it, but before I deleted it I started a free trial. After deleting it I was positive my trial would end, but it didn’t. I have not been charged $30 yet, but the second I have that money in my account it will be taken out.
