Had 2 pair of sennheiser bluetooth noise canceling wireless - exceptional phones - tried the parrot zik - very frustrating experience. Bluetooth connection never works. For the price they charge for these headphones they need to get their act together. Back to sennheiser for true quality and consistency.

When switching on noise canceling I hear white noise. Feature no longer works properly.

Upgraded for "minor bug fixes" now the app doesn't open at all.

It's 50/50 whether this app will work or not at any given time. The headphones are nice but they rely on this buggy app to shine. Starting to get rather annoyed at this doggy app

This app no longer even launches. Before that, is was 50/50 if the headphones would pair at all , or charge. I paid WHAT for these headphones?
