Good app that could be better

The app works well. It should be able to use your location to figure out the zone. Also it would have been nice if the city hadn’t sold the parking rights in a sweetheart sale to friends of the mayor.

The development of this app definitely fits the general trend where everyone can do all transactions via mobile phones. V convenient to reload too.
Convenient but not synced with Police

I got a ticket for parking bc I “didn’t display a ticket” in my windshield... Uhm... HELLLOOOOO I paid on the app. Does Chicago Law Enforcement have the proper tools to cross check? Or am I going to have to stress over a ticket every effing time I use the app?! Ugh Other than that occurrence I like this app.

If you live in Chicago and own a vehicle, this is a must have app. This app allows you to pay for your Parking and load it conveniently without having to feed a meter. You can extend it as you see fit. I love how you’re able to load multiple vehicles to your profile so you can pay for parking when you’re riding with friends. Now that they have fixed it so that it now only reloads your account once your balance is at $0, it is perfect. It used to load when your account balance was at $10, which sucked because you never really were able to use all of your balance. It also seemed like a crime for them to keep your money. That issue has been remedied and I have no issues whatsoever with this app. Enjoy!!!
It needs Apple Pay, iPhone X design, better number dials

This app has been out for years and still doesn’t support Apple Pay. It’s disappointing considering we just had another credit card stolen from some online breach. Please stop making us save our credit cards online and give us Apple Pay. Tapping the minute timer dial **30 times** just to get to a :00 timer is just silly and tedious. Please spend some time and bring this app up to date.

Trustworthy and super convenient to use in the city. Love that it notifies you when you CANNOT park in a certain spot during specific timeframes
