This auto reload below $10 is a scam...don’t live here, wanted to run around downtown and renew my spot. Have a similar app back home, interface looks the same, only this auto recharge garbage doesn’t happen.

I love how convenient this app is to use and the fact there is a timer to remind you if you need to pay for additional time. The $10 charge for this app is what throws me off So pretty much if your balance drops to below $10 you have to replenish your account with AT LEAST $20 more. I had an $11 balance and I had to pay $2 for parking, but since my balance would be below $10, I needed to replenish $20 to pay for a $2 parking session. I don’t understand why I would need to keep a balance of $10 in my account—rip off!

It works, it makes parking more convenient. It lets you re-up your parking, and notifies you to do so. It could use some more polish however, like a way to remove a previous vehicle if you don’t need it anymore, without having to wipe and re-download it.

I've never had problems using the app. It's great being able to pay while you're still in the car and avoid the cold or rain. I do think the price to park is high especially having to pay a convenience fee if you park less than 2 hours. The city of Chicago finds any way to squeeze money of its residents.

The app is convenient, but why should I have to replenish my card at an increment of $20 or more for a parking session that’s $8 and I already have a balance over $15? Change this feature.

I’ve been using this app fine for months. Today I open it, it tells me I need to login, I put in my phone number and it says it’s invalid. I try signing up and it still says my phone number is invalid. There’s no button to contact customer support. So great, I have money trapped in an app that won’t let me use it.
