Doesn’t work

I’ve input my child’s information 3 times and it doesn’t save it and keeps asking me to resubmit all info which takes time and is very annoying.

A software app tester
This app is not even usable. I click on daily assignments. I get an error message. I click on daily grades. I get the same error message. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

This app does not update at all. I have to go to the site to get my kids grade. It is so frustrating. What is the point of having and app of it’s not going to update. I can’t depend on this at all.

I have been using my parent portal login information & your site keeps telling me it’s incorrect. So, I tried to “forgot password” fix it & that’s not working either. I entered my email information to change the password & the email you sent was blank. There’s no information about changing anything. I was able to use the StudentVUE for my kid & it worked fine. Logging onto my school’s portal site still works. Your ParentVUE just isn’t working. I am fed up with trying. 1⭐️
Email editor obscures info, very difficult to compose
text message limitation
... especially if the email is more than a few lines. The names in the “To:” field are half-covered by other graphics and there’s no scrolling function while composing.

This app is garbage. The screens fail to load half the time and the mail portal is sized incorrectly for a phone. You can’t see who you are sending mail to, you can’t add a screenshot, it is garbage. I hate that my child’s school uses it and will push them to switch platforms next year.

Basic information only, barely informative at all. Basically, you can email a teacher and see the basic features. USE WEBSITE!!!!

One of the worst apps around. Forgets passwords , password reset feature sends blank emails with no verification code Very poor user experience/ design : email feature does not clearly display recipients Sticks like a sore thumb with the odd color choices

The ability to see grades and assignments no longer loads for me in the app. Hope this is fixed soon.
