Need to see entire sentence

This App is a great concept, but when looking at grades, you can’t see the full text of what they were graded on. Not helpful especially if your Child needs help in certain areas. Either Fix font or phones or wrap text.

Our school system switched to this platform to keep parents updated...but it is incredibly buggy. Grades don’t show up. The “events” never go away, even after opening. When I tried to email one teacher, it kept giving me another teachers email. You can’t see the cursor in the email. This was supposed to make communication easier between the school, parents, and students...but nope! Needs a lot of improvement.
Gives out scary grades that aren’t even true

This app gives out random grades for the next trimester when it hasn’t even started! So it shows a D- in reading even though those grades were in the first trimester and a C- for social studies! I wouldn’t recommend this app to parents and teachers.

Change password doesn’t work

I’ve tried for 2 days to change my password and the email doesn’t work. There isn’t any content to update!!! So inconvenient!!!

I need to use my ParentVUE app today, and it says it cannot connect to the server! I love the app because for families like mine with 2 working parents and involved kids, it’s hard to get things done within business hours. But today, on a Sunday, it is failing me! It says there was an update 2 weeks ago, does that update need tweaking? Pretty please??

The ONLY thing this app does decently is show me my son’s grades. Our district has deemed that we MUST use it in order to communicate with teachers. But the email portion doesn’t work on my iPhone, I can’t copy my son’s father on any communication, and the website doesn’t even work in my phone. So after work, between making dinner for my family,’helping with homework, and doing necessary chores such as laundry, I have to make time to sit down at my laptop to log in. What are parents who can’t afford a computer supposed to do?? We live in a very poor district, one of the worst in the country, and there are so many families who can’t afford a home computer. For the first three weeks of school this year, the school didn’t even KNOW we had to use parentvue, so important emails went unanswered. Why on earth would anyone want to use an app that blocks parent-teacher communication instead of facilitating it?

The interface is horrible. Try to reply to a message and the keyboard never goes away. The ui is not properly Formatted for iPhone XR and above (insincere the top cut out is not adhered to and you can’t find the send button). No send button on reply to teacher messages. Generally Makes this app useless for communication with school.

App is defective cause it’s can’t see my child’s grades and that’s the only thing I want to see I see all the teachers and when my child will be off outside of that the app is useless
