So far am happy with it. I use it to track all packages and so far no issues. Sometimes it is slow to update but I think it has more to do with the mail carrier.

I hate having to sign in to things like UPS or USPS. This is easy and simple to use, and it gives me notifications when necessary! Love this and have used it for 4 packages already! Would DEFINITELY recommend to others!
