Love this app!

I have lost a lot of packages over the last couple years. Partly because the house at the corner is also the same number as mine but different street name. This app has helped because if they don’t leave the package I tell them it’s on the truck and they get it for me or if they have delivered it to the wrong house go get it for me. Love the alerts and tracking. Thank you for making such a valuable app.

As an eBay seller, I use ParcelTrack to manage all my shipments on Android and IOS. I’m very happy with it and their push notifications when things are delivered/arrive.

Great app

This app is fantastic I highly recommend it to anyone who is a regular online shopper. It’s a hub for everything you order. All it takes is a shipping number and you can easily keep track of everything.

BAD PRACTICES and still a crappy UI/interface

Bonito apps

UPDATE Aug 2019: Same problems exist, and new ones. There’s no way to track Amazon packages despite “Amazon Logistics - experimental” as a carrier. I can’t even imagine what they use your valuable Amazon emails with private purchase history info for, but its not for YOUR benefit. Just use individual carrier apps, trust me.UPDATE Aug 2018: Beware that now in the text describing the app, they have noted that not buying the (extremely buggy) premium version will result in this app not updating the status of your packages in a timely fashion. If you want “faster“ updates, you have to pay for it. The problem is, the paid app is worse than the free app. I have my USPS app open and a package was out for delivery over an hour ago, just got delivered to my door, and parceltrack hasn’t updated ANYTHING on this shipment since 4:00 AM... 6 HOURS AGO. I don’t think the developers realize that you can’t play games like this with a parcel tracking app because that’s the very nature of this app… saying we won’t update timely for hours is like saying the app is it totally useless piece of junk because nobody downloaded it thinking they would be alerted to package deliveries several hours after it was already on their doorstep! I’ve since noticed that the FedEx and USPS and UPS apps ALL give much more detailed information about deliveries than this app ever did, very valuable information like weight and size and whom it’s addressed to, so I now have those three apps on my phone and get TIMELY alerts through all three and have no problem getting their push notifications. It’s worth it to just open each one of them quickly each morning which takes less than 30 seconds rather than opening this piece of junk to receive only inaccurate information anyway. This is how I was able to figure out just how useless this particular app is, by comparing the information for months now, except I had forgotten to update the review month’s ago.UPDATE: After eight months of waiting for another update since May 2017 (when they advertised an overhaul that instead secretly diminished free features into in-app purchases), these 2.3 and 2.2 updates apparently did more than “fix bugs.“ Recently, when you opened the app on your ipad, the entire app was blank and none of your past or present parcels were showing, completely white in the information areas, only headers showing. NOW, the only way to get your information back is to update it, and now that means they have forced you to use the new/crappy UI that’s the same as the iPhone even if you wanted to keep the old interface on the tablet. Anyone who has used this app on the tablet prior to eight months ago knows it was a better interface than it is now because all you had to do was tap on the left panel item and see the detail information in the right panel. However, now you have to tap on each and every single item in the list to see the details of it that opens in a NEW screen, and then you have to click again to get back to the list. They said they would fix this so the UI for the tablet would stay the same (left/right panels on the same screen), but that was 8 months ago. Anyone who has used this app on the tablet prior to 8 months ago knows it was a better interface than it is now because all you had to do was tap an item on the left panel to see the detail information in the right panel change instantly to match that package, but now you have to tap on each and every single item in the list to see the details that open up now in a new screen, and then you have to click back to get the list again… Click click click. They said they would fix this and were working on an update for the tablets, but as we can see from this latest update in 2.2/2.3, they spent no such time making a tablet interface but probably spent it all on just updating the app for iPhone X. They decided to silently force all the people who had not updated 8 months ago and who still had the “tablet” interface to download the “phone” interface they clearly didn’t want, and unless they did they wouldn’t get any of their information in the app — all the packages were gone! That’s just another reason not to purchase this app… I wouldn’t purchase anything from developers who did stuff like this: holding your information hostage unless you update to something they said 8 months ago you wouldn’t have to because they “listen” to the customers and hear them and the fact that they don’t like the new UI interface for the tablet. We now know that was a big lie and they weren’t even working on it for the past several months like they said they were going to 8 months ago when everybody was complaining. I guess they just knew how to shut people up with that smokescreen, after already putting out a smokescreen that was supposedly a UI change that was in reality simply taking free features away from the app and turning them into pay features! Even emailing them asking where your information is got you no response, because they were too afraid to tell you that you were in the process of getting the shaft from them In the form of a forced update if you wanted your information back. PRIOR REVIEW: Has anyone noticed the words "parcel track inbox- trial" listed as one of the updates new features today, May 8, 2017? When you hit premium upgrade, it shows that you get to have a parceltrack inbox to forward your emails to, and now it's a “trial feature”, but it was free all along before the update! DONT UPDATE THE APP! Go to settings to see all the prior “free alerts” now have to be paid for! This new update took AWAY things but it's disguised under a new "look!" And the two panel display on ipad is gone, so you have to click on every package to see details in a separate screen and click AGAIN to go back to the list - double the clicks! With the loss of alerts in the task bar, the ability to send your emails to their inbox, and a terrible new ipad interface, this is NOT an update any USER was "waiting for" for sure!
