Needs improvement...

The app needs some major improvements: 1. Slow push notifications. At least an hour after other tracking apps. 2. The time is not accurate to the local time zone. 3. Package weight would be a nice addition to list (as another app does). 4. A map showing all status update locations would be nice (as another app does). 5. Signed by information, or no signature required, would be a nice addition to list (as another app does). Please make these changes, if you'd like my money for the Premium version! :) Update: Now free push notifications aren't working. This removes any reason to upgrade. I guess the developer is too busy fix the app.

This is a must have app for your iPhone or iPad. I have tried different delivery apps for tracking my packages and none of them will come close to PARCELTRACK. It's easy to use and the most accurate app that I have ever used to track a package or letter. It will show you where it is at while your package is in transit. Also let's you no when you can expect it to arrive at your location. Don't settle for less go with the best.

Love this app. Very reliable and accurate. I upgraded to premium and it’s been well worth the few dollars to track packages. Update: 8/1/18 Still the best. 5 Stars!!

I don’t have a TON of major deliveries... just a few that are exciting to look forward to! My 2 pups love tracking when they will receive their Bark Box or Chewy delivery. I enjoy knowing when I can expect my Grove and Stitx Fix. Occasionally we have a few odds and ends... but for what we need it works. I just have the free app. I LOvE it!! It’s a good fit for me! Hope this helps! :)

This app used to be bulletproof. Now the barcode scanner doesn’t scan correctly and customer service doesn’t respond to my requests. I have noticed many times, that other places have more accurate information on shipping status than this app does. It looks good at first, but it has gone straight to the toilet

Best app for tracking. Often when I'm not expecting any mail I have to delete apps for space. Then every time I need it I download it again and always remembers my packages without all those pesky passwords and pop ups. Awesome app. Easy to use and very thorough

Have had this app for several years with premium paid upgrade. Of late, tracking results often fail to update for prolonged periods. The feedback button should be removed from the app because the developers never respond.
