Not user friendly

This app has very pretty designs and lots of options but it is NOT user friendly. I tried several times to adjust and add to the guest list and it's almost impossible. I would've given up and used a different service if I hadn't already bought "coins"

Really buggy app..key presses don't register, scheduling doesn't work, frequent connection issues with their server etc etc etc
Sad to see decline in functionality

I have been a devoted Paperless Post fan for years but am sad to watch steady decline in quality of designs and functionality of app. Impossible to track rsvps now on the iPhone - used to be a breeze. So sad - success breeds complacency.

The app just screwed up my invitation, showed a photo in the preview of my design, then changed the final. No photo. So upset and now my invitations are sent and I cannot edit to fix your mistake. The whole process of creating the invitation was horrible- froze constantly. Had to close out, open again the app. Terrible. Will choose a different company to send my e-vites from now on and advise others to do so as well! See ya later paperless post. SO UPSET.

Cumbersome, inelegant, time consuming, disappointing. I use it only because I paid for cards (which are beautiful) some years back.

I just deleted the app. It constantly freezes up on me. I did not finish one card. It definitely needs a little more work.

I like the idea of making little cards or invitations on my phone, but this particular app is SO UNBELIEVABLY SLOW!!! It’s so frustrating! It gets stuck every time I touch the screen, and then I have to either wait for it to load, crash, or just give up and start ALL OVER again. I would enjoy this app a lot more if it was up to speed! :(

When I saw the app and ran it once or twice I was like wow this app is going to be awesome. I send out massive amounts of hand written notes and cards because I am a Realtor. However.... and the however is BIG! However, the cost is almost the same a regular postage. I can send/print mailers bulk rate literally for cheaper. I almost can almost send out a printed and signed color piece for what they charge for one cards or invitation sent. Not worth it, move on to a different app with cheaper business model. This will fail.
