I've used this app for a couple years now and as I was just adding something I felt I should give it a glowing review. I use it for so much I can't imagine being without it. I can make notes, jot down misc info, keep track of books by series and author, remember what menu I have planned for a holiday and that's just a few of the things I've done. Whenever I need to remember something I can put on a list, this is my go-to app!

So many uses and a fun beautiful design

I Love this app. I love bells and whistles but they end up taking too much time and eventually just sit on the virtual iPod/iPad shelf. I think this app has just the right bells to make it fun to use and yet functional. I felt this app was so useful that I put it on the bottom row of main icons so it is always easy to get to. I like that there is no separate priority feature because you can easily just move the tasks in the order you want them instead of spending time thinking if this task is really a 3 or a 4. The only thing on my wish list is a way I could enter this from my desktop. Otherwise brilliant! Update: one other little wish list is a way to search the lists. I have so many now that it takes time to find the list I want. But this is minor as I love this app. Well they already have this feature and it works wonderfully. This is my favorite app!

Update to our first review: June 7, 2017: What was the developer thinking? Horrible situation with the recent update. The update completely cratered the functionality of the app. Synching lists using Dropbox allows us to share our lists across five different Apple devices using iOS 7, 9 and 10. The latest update completely broke this! The update now uses a different folder inside Dropbox, without even copying the current lists to the new location. All our lists simply vanished. To make matters even worse, the new update cannot be applied to our iPhone 4s devices running iOS 7. This needs to be corrected ASAP. Rating changed from five to one star. Note: June 15, 2017 - we were able to do an iOS restore and revert back to the earlier version. ========original review============= We tried out several similar apps, but none had the easy-to-use functionality of Paperless. I use it every day at work to keep track of tasks. The checklist feature makes it easy to move a task to completed status. The wife loves it for grocery lists. Super quick and super easy to use. Entire lists can also be easily emailed directly into Evernote.

Great to have passwords protected (by password) and able to back up but as my list. I JUST discovered the ability to sort A-Z. Use the little wand at the bottom.

This app has ALL THE FEATURES to truly organize all your lists, reminders, daily notes, etc. I especially love the built-in sorting and alphabetizing prompts, which made it so easy to format my lists for Birthdays and Anniversaries, and also for Passwords. I also love the extensive list of icons with which to label my specific lists. Most of all, the AUTOMATIC BACK-UP TO DROPBOX AND AUTOMATIC SYNCING WITH MY OTHER DEVICES is truly a life-saver. I am in my mid seventies, and not a "computer techie." When I needed help, and e-mailed the developer, he immediately responded and gave step by step directions to fix what I had inadvertently done in the App. THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the developer!! So to sum it all up- EXCELLENT APP, WELL-DESIGNED WITH GREAT FEATURES!

I had a simple list maker that was perfect for me for years. You could make multiple lists, check items off, edit, delete, resort, etc. Checked items moved to the bottom. You could email yourself the list (text only). It had a obviously been someone's foray into app creation, and was free and no longer supported by iOS and I was panicking about losing my lists. I tried so many of them but they were not the simple list maker I wanted and needed. I finally found this app yesterday, and am so happy that all the functionality (and more) are working as I needed. I was even able to set it up on my iPad and send the lists via email to myself and import the lists to the app on my iPad. Didn't even need Dropbox! I love, love, love it!

Over a short period of time, I have used the Paperless features and have found them adaptable and supportive of my needs. I particularly enjoy the app's flexibility of format and ease of use. I recommend it without hesitation.
