I Like the app but II think it should all upgrade I would like to add photos inside the notes a thanks a lot

Unfortunately it syncs only via Dropbox which I will not sign up for. It shouldn’t be a problem getting this set up for syncing via iCloud, so I don’t understand why that’s not being done. Looking for an app that’s acceptable and iCloud friendly.

I’ve been using this app for many years. App is simple to use and helps me manage all aspects of my personal life. I plan my menus, use it for shopping lists, manage my daily to do’s. I’ve tried other list apps; I keep coming back to this app because of it’s ease of use. On of the few apps I’ve actually paid for. No regrets.

Perfect except 1 thing

You need Dropbox to sync with other devices lists’. It’s be nice if the list I started on my tablet would sync to my iPhone. I’m forced back to using Notes to make lists. Other than that, this app is my favorite list making app.

I use lots of “to do” lists and this is perfect. I use it for packing lists, grocery lists, to do lists, reminders, etc. I use it almost every day. I wish it had a way to tag items on a list, like a grocery store aisle #, so I could sort items by aisle to make shopping easier. I’m disabled and can’t spare the energy to miss something on my list and go walk for it, and a way to add a price to the grocery list too (to tally up my list). I know there’s apps for grocery lists, but I love this app too much to give it up yet. :) Kudos to the developer!!

I’m disappointed in this app. It will not sort a list of items in your notes, only items you enter one at a time in their special field. Too much work. This is not better than the negative notes app on the iPhone. Also, the font is way too small to read and you can’t change it.

Long-time Paperless user. No connection to developer. I’m just a big fan of this app. Yes you can adjust the font. Settings—> Font Size. The “Extra Large” is almost too big for the lists! About Sorting items in a note, I think you may misunderstand how this app functions. It is SO EASY! You create a “List”. In that List are many items listed. Each one of those items is called a “note”, but it is actually just one item in the List. Very easy to add items (notes) to the List. Easy to sort in many ways. Easy to check off, restore, make changes. Sync between iPhone and iPad is immediate and flawless. Backup to email allows you to restore just one list at a time (great feature!). I use Paperless almost daily. NEVER have had a problem. It works great... easy to learn the basics, and the instructions will walk you through the details.

Great App but would love some additions

I’ve been using this app for many years and love the ease of it. I also like how customizable it is with color themes and icon choices for each list. However, I’d love to see even more icon choices added and maybe even different font choices as well. Although this app provides more icons than others, I always seem to want even more variety and choices. I don’t think there’s ever been updates or improvements to include additional icons and fonts and that would be the icing on the cake for me!
