HELP

Boring97306

I have used this app for years and have lots of information saved on it. Today when I opened it it kept crashing. I am using 13.3.1. I restarted my phone and that didn’t help. Can you please help?

Great app

PAGGK

Very easy to use (better than their later Ikiru). I like that if you have it passcode locked it actually locks the second you go out of the app (Ikiru doesn’t).

Perfect memory tool for forgetful people

Njeanne

I use this app to make up for my forgetfulness. For example, I have a list of things to bring on hikes. It is annoying to be on the trail and realize you forgot the sunscreen. I also use it for packing lists for traveling. I have lists for travel to warm climates and lists for international destinations. I literally use this app everyday. I have dozens of lists. The one enhancement I would like is to have a way to check an item as “not applicable “. I would like to keep an item on the list with a N/A rather than delete it or check it. Deleting it removes it from the list when it may be needed another time. Checking it means it was done or packed. An example is insecticide. I may not need to pack that if I travel to a northern climate, but it may be needed for a tropical destination. I would like to create a master packing list with a N/A category for items not needed for a particular outing. I hope the developers will consider this.

Keep coming back

Robkonw

I have ten screens worth of apps (including folders), and have kept looking for a similar app that also has a MacOS version that syncs. And I keep coming back, because this developer hit a sweet spot of usefulness, ease of use, and usability. When you have a lot of apps, you don’t want to go down the re-learning curve if you haven’t used all functions lately. Here’s my point: though I look at lots of apps, I don’t always use editing and other features. This app is so intuitive that using, changing, deleting, updating seems obvious even if I haven’t done some of those functions lately. I recently moved from DropBox to iCloud, and so my only request is that iCloud is supported when syncing. This is the only app I value that does not have an iCloud option. I’ve deleted all other apps that don’t support iCloud. I have nothing against DropBox, but the plan I had increased in price by 25% for features I don’t use. Oh well. Though I paid for this app years ago, I’m adding to the Tip Jar. Because there are too many subscription apps that hope you don’t notice the monthly withdrawals, without offering proportionate features and usefulness.

Fabulous

Just Me 358

Use it for everything: To Do’s, Shopping, Packing, Bucket List, and more. Only minor flaw is no direct way to print a list to paper.

My only shopping list app

zenjen2020

I’ve had this app for years, completely dependable and easy to use. I have lists for every place I shop, for packing for trips and to-do lists. Easy to text full or partial lists to the Apple Watch for hands off shopping. The only list app I’ll ever want.

A plea for more

@FortyNineFlex

Jim: Paperless is an exceptional app. iCloud support would make it more useful where it can be synced between devices. I have tried your Ikiru app (your other lists app with the option of iCloud support) and it doesn't serve my needs the way Paperless does. The beauty of P+ is that it is clean, simple and easy to use. Dropbox sync worked just fine for a while, but it's become an antiquated standalone option. Your other users mention the need for iCloud support in their reviews. Eventually adding a macOS app would be ideal as I spend a lot of my time in front of a desktop/laptop. iCloud syncing would tie Paperless iOS and macOS apps together to make a complete package.

Great list App!

kretschd

I have used Paperless for 2 to 3 years now. It is simple and easy to follow. I like being able to edit the order of my list items, I have several lists for different things that I do during the week. I will create a packing list when I take a trip, and then can delete it if I choose. My only thought and recommendation, would be the ability to add a photo from your camera. Today I wanted to add a pic of the type of eyedrops I use, which would be much simpler, then typing in the name etc. Please update to be able to pull in a photo, and all would be right with the world!

Needs Apple Watch feature

Dude(**)

Update: everything I said below still holes. However, this app would also greatly benefit from having an Apple Watch app. How great would it be if I could be at the store and check out things on my list from my watch! This app would be great if you could import lists from other sources, such as a Word doc or Excel spreadsheet. It would also be nice if you could take a picture of a list and convert it to a checklist. Both of these functions seem like they would be easy to incorporate.

Simple, but useful

adytb

If it had the capability to add a picture or file to the actual task/note And have a list within a list. It would be perfect! Please please add those options.
