With PaperKarma, you hold the power to prevent direct marketing mail from being printed in your name in the first place:

• Simply open the app and snap a pic of the offending junk mail

• We apply some magic to automatically identify and recognize the mailer

• Simply confirm your choice and we work behind the scenes to unsubscribe you. Boom!

That’s it. It’s that easy.

PaperKarma has been featured on ABC, CBS, The New York Times, NBC's The Today Show, LifeHacker, TechCrunch, and more. We are honored that Apple iTunes featured PaperKarma as one of its "Best Apps 2012" alongside disruptive apps such as AirBnb and Uber.

Nothing has stopped
Realtor Ron

None of the periodicals etc have stopped coming in. Then I shared this app with my spouse who discovered before I did that the limit was four. My mags, catalogues, etc are still coming in with no changes. I had high hopes and will now delete this app as useless. Sadly.

newest update doesn’t save new addresses
rebecca429

Please update your latest update. Some of my saved addresses have the name omitted, and when I try to add new addresses, I receive an oops error saying it can’t save into your server. I can’t believe I paid for this!

Overall a good app
robsters79

Thankful a company like this exists. The app gives feedback on if they were able to notify the mailer or not. Understandable they can’t contact every possible sender in the world, but it sure seems like they successfully submitted a request for 75% of the mailers I’m tired of have to shred and recycle. Don’t mind paying them a small fee to eliminate wasted time opening and shredding junk mail that I would never read anyways.

Unusable app, inadequate testing prior to roll out
mmpeach

Unusable app as of April 2018, when you are supposed to take a picture of the junk mail’s logo, the button to take the picture is below the bottom of your phone screen. You can see the top edge of the button but there is no way to take the picture. I’ve used the previous paper karma app for years and it worked great. Now that they are charging a subscription fee , it appears they are rolling out updates to the app without inadequate testing. Now everyone with a phone with my screen size is wasting $2 a month on an unusable app.

Impressed

Wow! I was always thought the old design was a bit clunky. This looks great! Works much faster. Thank you guys! Love it.

Paper karma

I love this app if it would only work! I keep paying $1.99 per month then I cannot get the app to work it asks me to re-enter my information and it will not restore.

Can't login
Erich617

Paid customer for months, attempted to use app, and login isn't working, keep getting error messages about my email address and password. If the update keeps loyal customers from using the app, it's a fail.

Stopped working
Saucyml

I noticed most of my requests weren’t working, so I downloaded an update which required a $1.99 monthly subscription. That worked well for about a week, and then suddenly every time I put in a new request, they stopped appearing in the pending request list. I attempted for two days to contact the developers online chat system but no one responded.

App Support is Fantastic
DrmSkr

With the recent app update, I found I was having difficulty logging in. App support was able to assist with the challenge I was having. Everything is working now thanks to the customer service I received.

Disappointed ?
boymem

This app has had so much trouble I talked with someone and they had me delete and re-download and it worked for about a week or so and now having issues again.. not sure if its worth the 1.99 each month if its not going work
