Got this after the 30-day trial- now nothing shows but the stupid logo. I want a refund or the app fixed!
Not working anymore

App will not open. It just crashes. Thin newest version will not run on my iPad Air. If they can get this fixed I will update my rating.

I've always liked this app, but after it updated on July 9 it hasn't worked since. It starts to open and then shuts completely down. Hopefully they'll figure it out soon!
Latest version is a big improvement

I've been using Panna for years. They recently revamped the whole thing and it's soooo much better. Faster, easier to use, and looks better.

Okay, so I'm an advanced cook. At 50 I went through culinary school. I'm 53 and graduated in May 2015. I've been cooking a long time. Still lots to learn. I'm obsessed with Anson Mills and especially how to make quality grits. This was the course for me. Perfect instruction. Shrimp and Grits. This app isn't food network or a :30 Facebook or YouTube video on how to make something. It's real life and quality cooking instruction. Maybe the devices are problematic. That would be frustrating. If they would take me, I'd work for this company. Got it? M.

Since update, I get a white screen with panna logo. I paid for subscription and now get nothing!!! Too bad, because it was a great app! No fix for at least 2 weeks with multiple complaints.

The app has been crashing since the update. It will not load properly. I've had to use the site via the Internet.

In the 30 day free trial, recipe on home page tells me I need to connect to the Internet, but other recipes display just fine. Recipes on home page are hidden with a message to start a 30 day trial. All this and I am logged in according to the app.
Changed my approach to cooking!!

Once the APP problems were surmounted, thanks to a great staff, I have relied on this wonderful site to inspire and guide me. I love Panna and its mission! Thank you!!!
