Okay, so I'm an advanced cook. At 50 I went through culinary school. I'm 53 and graduated in May 2015. I've been cooking a long time. Still lots to learn. I'm obsessed with Anson Mills and especially how to make quality grits. This was the course for me. Perfect instruction. Shrimp and Grits. This app isn't food network or a :30 Facebook or YouTube video on how to make something. It's real life and quality cooking instruction. Maybe the devices are problematic. That would be frustrating. If they would take me, I'd work for this company. Got it? M.
