Panera app is difficult – Panera Bread Review

I have the app on my phone so it should be relatively easy to track my orders that I create using the app. It’s not. In addition, I want to order for my elderly aunt in broken Arrow and my mother in Oklahoma City. This is not easy to do. So instead of ordering for my aunt And going to her nursing home with her name, it is going to me Lisa M at her nursing home. Why? Because your app doesn’t allow me to place an order in someone else’s name. Why even have the app if it’s not going to personalize it and allow me to order more easily?
