Submitted an order for the first time today. Store never received order and I am not sure if I was ever charged. Bad experience

Why release a version that just doesn’t work??? Went through the paces to order and can’t complete the order. Not all menu items are available in the app - only fountain drinks, no soup - what a waste of my time!!! Went online to website and it’s no better:

This update is much improved and very easy to use. I can skip the line in store and get my food much faster. Thanks for the improvements!

Earliest time for pickup is 40 minutes from now, defeating the purpose of saving time by ordering online.

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. Yes, it’s basically a bookmark on your phone, but the sign in is easy, the mobile site works perfectly, and I’ve never had an issue with my order. It does exactly what it needs to do.

Used App for Catering Order That They Could Not Find When I Got There For PickUp. They Charged My Card & Still Have Same Order Pending. I’m Still Waiting For Some1 To Reverse Both Charges. ?????
