I was on my way to panda express so I called them and said can I please place an order for pick up over the phone and they said no you must install the app or order online. The app will not allow me to create a user because it didn't let me choose a state that I live in to complete my profile therefore I went to a regular Chinese restaurant to get food

No excuse for poor app. Tried to submit an order with it and can't select state so it won't take my payment.

I thought I would try the app after seeing the signs in the store. Don't bother. Twice I was unable to select my state from the drop down list. The app feels like it was programmed by school kids--perhaps a senior project. If you want to see this app done right, go to panera bread.

I used the app to create an orderfor myself and my husband. It accepted my order, but not his. When I arrived, they had no online order at all in their system. I just purchased our orders with cash. The next day I was charged on my credit card for the order they had not received. I tried contacting through the app to dispute the charges and kept coming up with errors. The app does not work. It doesn't really take much time to order at the stores anyways so I don't understand why someone would want the app.

Apparently Panda Express is no longer using the reward program. One employee told me to delete the app :/ oh well
